The handstand walk requires an athlete to have command of spatial and body awareness as well as great balance and shoulder strength. It takes hard work and dedication to master the walk safely!


But with the right guidance and solid handstand foundation you will build more technique and confidence to walk farther on your hands than you would have imagined!


Join leading gymnastics expert Pamela Gagnon and Dr. of Physical Therapy Zach Long. Pamela is an experienced CrossFit games athlete and a leader in the world of gymnastics technique. Zach covers prehab and strength expertise to get stronger while avoiding injury. 


Prerequisites for this programming include:

  • Performance Plus Handstand Balance Breakthrough AND Handstand Strength & Stability Programs
  • and/or…At least a 10 sec FREEstanding Handstand Hold & 20 Shoulder Taps against the wall
  • Knowledge of the hollow position and hollow hold.
  • Minimal equipment (wall, foam roller, light rehab band, a few bumper plates)
